• If you have an empty home for sale, it is much harder for buyers to envision themselves living there, which can slow down the sale of your property. I will expertly configure, furnish and style the rooms which are most important.

• Rental costs of the furniture will be discussed and varies depending on items chosen which best suit the style of the home.  I will choose the furniture and accessories and coordinate the rental process.

     Furnished Homes:

• If you are going to reside in your home while it is listed, but know that some areas need to be decluttered or depersonalized, I can help! I'll decide what items will need to be tucked away in storage until you are ready to move and what items work best in the home to showcase it's best features.
