Curb Appeal

Everyone knows that curb appeal is so important when you are getting your house ready to sell - I have known a few instances (I’m guilty too) where I have completely blown off a potential property based on the 1st photo of a listing. Whether it's dead plants, an unsafe walkway, or chipped paint on the front door or shutters - if that's how the outside looks, what could possibly be going on inside? I don't want to know!

When I had clients getting ready to sell their home in North Carolina, the first thing they wanted to do was ensure their entrance and outdoor areas looked as good as possible. They ended up accepting an amazing offer on the first day and we’re now decorating their new home in Virginia.
